Growth equity

We have built our direct growth equity strategy based on over 25 years’ experience of successful private equity investing in Australia. We have invested across a broad range of industries including healthcare, environmental services, education, telecommunications, food and beverage, IT and business services.

our focus

Founders and senior leadership teams count on us as a trusted partner to create long-term value. We build on a business’ prior success to drive the next phase of sustainable growth and create the path for a seamless exit via private or public markets.

We are passionate advocates of sustainable and responsible investing. Our investors increasingly target social (e.g. jobs growth, improved education or healthcare outcomes) and environmental benefits (e.g. lower carbon emissions) together with a financial return.

We are actively seeking investment opportunities in Australian companies with revenue of at least AU$5.0 million across a broad range of industries.
