Aaron is an Investment Director at Roc Partners within the private equity Multi-Strategy investment team. Based in New York, Aaron is responsible for originating and executing primary fund, co-investment and secondary investment opportunities within the North American private equity market. Aaron has been with Roc Partners since 2019 where he worked across several investment strategies, before completing an MBA at Columbia Business School between 2022 and 2024 where he graduated with Dean’s List honors. Aaron rejoined Roc Partners in 2024 leading the organisations strategic expansion into the North American private equity market. Prior to Roc Partners, Aaron commenced his career within investment banking working at Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan where he focused on M&A advisory to financial sponsor clients and debt capital markets transactions. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) from the University of Sydney and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
