Anna is an Investment Director in growth equity investments, and member of the leadership team at Roc Partners, responsible for originating and managing business investments. Anna has 20 years’ experience across corporate finance, corporate development and private equity. Prior to Roc Partners, Anna was a private equity investment director at a family office and an investment manager at a Sydney mid-market private equity firm where she invested across consumer, retail, logistics, tourism and business services. Her experience also includes deal origination, strategy and M&A at EY and Wesfarmers’ corporate development. Anna holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, has an Executive MBA from the University of New South Wales and is a GAICD. She is a director of Roc investee companies Converge International, RestoreCo and Heartwest and is on the board of the Australian Investment Council and an independent member of the Minderoo Foundation investment committee.
