As part of our work in the wider Australasian agriculture market, we have recognised the agricultural infrastructure market as an attractive asset class with highly defensive characteristics. Our assets are critical to food production supply chains, are inflation protected and can be leased to leading food producers.

Merging a rich track record of private equity and deep expertise in agriculture, we’ve established ourselves as an industry leader in owning and leasing critical agricultural infrastructure assets in Australia and New Zealand. Over time we have invested more than A$900m1 in equity across a diverse portfolio of high-performing food and agriculture investments that is now valued above A$2.6 billion1 .

Description

The Local Broadband Network Company (LBNCo) is an installer and owner of superfast broadband networks in residential developments. LBNCo is engaged by property developers to install and maintain the fibre infrastructure, and sells ‘wholesale’ network acces to the retail service providers who then provide services to the tenants. LBNCo is now part of Uniti Group (ASX: UWL) following its acquisition in August 2019.

Stone Axe is a producer of ultra-premium wagyu beef. The company has operations in NSW, QLD, WA and Victoria and is actively growing its herd via large scale embryto transfer program. Stone Axe has rapidly grown to become on of the largest fool blood wagyu producers in the world.
