Michael Lukin is the Managing Partner and is based in Roc Partners’ Sydney office. He is responsible for leading client relationships and investment activities in several markets. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Associate of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
Shaw Ng is a Senior Partner based in the Sydney office. He is involved in all aspects of the business and is on the investment committee. He also represents Roc on a number of investee company boards. Shaw’s primary regional coverage includes Australia and China. He is fluent in Mandarin and Hokkien.
Frewen Lam is a Senior Partner based in Roc Partners’ Hong Kong office, and is responsible for co-leading Roc Partners’ Asian investment advisory activities.
Mark is a Partner based in the Sydney office. Mark is responsible for originating and managing investments as part of the Growth Equity platform. Mark has over 15 years private equity experience and overall 25 years of investing and corporate finance experience. Mark is a Board member of investee companies and a member of the Roc Partners Investment Committee.
Stephen Zhang is a Partner based in Roc Partners’ Shanghai office. Stephen is responsible for the origination, recommendation and ongoing portfolio management of investments in Asia, with a focus on Greater China. Stephen is a native Mandarin speaker.
Brad Mytton is a Partner based in Sydney and is responsible for the origination, recommendation and management of Asia Pacific investments, including primaries, co-investments and secondaries.
Lance Zarb is a Partner and Roc’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and is based in the Sydney office. Lance was appointed in April 2014 to his role as the CFO and COO of Roc Partners. Lance has held senior commercial finance and governance roles with global and local asset management businesses.
Tom Wyse is the Director of Distribution based in Roc Partners’ Sydney office. Tom’s primary role is to manage capital raising and client service for Roc Partners globally.
Anna Barnes is a Director based in Roc Partners Sydney office. Anna’s is responsible for Product Management across Roc’s segregated accounts and pooled fund structures. Anna also supports Roc’s fund raising, product distribution and investor relations functions.

Bruce Plasto is Head of Private Credit based in Roc Partners’ Sydney office. Bruce leads Roc’s strategic expansion into corporate credit and is focused on the origination and execution of mid-market structured and leverage finance for progressive Australian companies.
Bruce has a Bachelor of Agriculture Economics and a Grad Diploma in Finance & Investment.

Anthony Abraham is an Investment Director based in Roc Partners’ Sydney office. Anthony is responsible for the origination, recommendation and management of investments in the food and agriculture sector.
Alex Tandl is a Vice President based in Roc Partners’ Sydney office. Alex is responsible for deal origination, diligence, execution and ongoing portfolio company management. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University.
Ben Mason is Vice President of Agricultural Investments at Roc Partners and brings over 15 years’ experience in the agricultural sector, as an agronomist and animal nutritionist adviser throughout NSW and more recently corporate advisory with PPB Advisory and PwC Food and Agribusiness Advisory teams.
Aaron Mbakwe is a Vice President based in Roc Partners’ Sydney office. Aaron is responsible for deal origination, due diligence, execution and portfolio management. Prior to joining the Roc team, he spent time in investment banking at Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan where he was involved in numerous M&A transactions, capital raisings and strategic advisory assignments. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) from The University of Sydney.
