Ben Odoom is an Associate within the multi-strategy private equity team with a focus on primary, secondary and co-investments. Prior to joining Roc Partners, Ben spent over five years working across management consulting and corporate development. Most recently, Ben worked at KKR backed aesthetic services provider Laser Clinics Australia, focusing primarily on supporting international expansion through M&A and executing commercial projects. Before this, Ben started his career at EY-Parthenon (now EY-Port Jackson Partners) focusing on commercial due diligence and growth strategy projects. Ben holds Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance & Accounting) from the University of New South Wales
