Jenna Lindbeck recently joined Roc Partners as an Associate, ESG within the Responsible Investment team. Before Roc Partners, Jenna worked within KPMG’s Climate Change and Sustainability team, advising nascent and leading organisations on a broad range of sustainability challenges and opportunities, including ESG and net-zero strategy, sustainability reporting, TCFD climate risk assessments and ESG Governance Reviews. Prior to this, Jenna worked at QBE Insurance within the Group Diversity and Inclusion team, where she assisted in developing inclusive recruitment strategies and internal reporting on D&I programs. As the world moves towards a decarbonised economy, Jenna is passionate about capital markets’ role in leading Australia’s energy transition and directing capital towards solving recognised environmental and social issues.
