Katarina Mostarac

Katarina Mostarac joined Roc Partners as a Director, leading the firm’s Risk & Compliance function. She brings over 25 years’ experience in non-financial risk across financial services, with deep expertise working with Executive Management, Boards and Regulators. Katarina has held senior COO and risk roles spanning venture capital and banking, including COO at 1835i and Global Head of Operational Risk at Macquarie Group. Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented pragmatic risk management frameworks and championed strong risk cultures, supporting organisations to manage growth safely and maintain robust, for the purpose of control environments through periods of change. Katarina holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
