Lucy McDonald

Lucy McDonald joined Roc as Chief of Staff, where she supports strategic initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and executive operations across the firm. Lucy has over six years of experience in financial services, beginning her career at J.P. Morgan through the Sales and Markets graduate program before moving into Debt Capital Markets in 2021. There, she advised Australian corporates on a broad range of financing solutions, developing strong capabilities in debt advisory, capital structure analysis, and offshore funding markets. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Sydney, with a double major in Economics and Finance.
