Matt has joined Roc as an Associate responsible for originating, executing, and monitoring portfolio investments, focusing on private equity investments within the Private Equity Multi-Strategy team. Matt has nine years experience working across investment banking, corporate finance and business advisory. Prior to joining Roc Partners, Matt worked at boutique investment bank Canterbury Partners, specialising in mid-market M&A and debt advisory. Before this Matt gained M&A and valuation experience with Deloitte Corporate Finance, providing advisory services to listed corporates and financial sponsors. Matt is both a CFA Charter holder and Chartered Accountant (CAANZ), with a Bachelor of Business Analysis (majoring in Accounting) from the University of Waikato.
