Vice President

Max is a Vice President in the Food and Agriculture investment team and is responsible for deal origination, diligence, execution and ongoing portfolio company management, with a focus on real assets. He has a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws from The Australian National University. Prior to joining Roc, Max spent four years working at Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets (MIRA) and two years working as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman.

Description

The Local Broadband Network Company (LBNCo) is an installer and owner of superfast broadband networks in residential developments. LBNCo is engaged by property developers to install and maintain the fibre infrastructure, and sells ‘wholesale’ network acces to the retail service providers who then provide services to the tenants. LBNCo is now part of Uniti Group (ASX: UWL) following its acquisition in August 2019.
