Max Hazel‑Harrison joined Roc Partners as an Associate in the Food & Agriculture investment team, where he is involved in originating, executing and monitoring portfolio investments. Prior to joining Roc, Max spent two years at Bank of America, working across both M&A and Debt Capital Markets, advising on a range of M&A and financing transactions across the technology, media, telecommunications and financial sectors. Earlier in his career, Max was part of KPMG’s Transaction Services team, conducting due diligence on transactions in the consumer and industrials sectors. Max holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Advanced Studies from the University of Sydney.

The Local Broadband Network Company (LBNCo) is an installer and owner of superfast broadband networks in residential developments. LBNCo is engaged by property developers to install and maintain the fibre infrastructure, and sells ‘wholesale’ network acces to the retail service providers who then provide services to the tenants. LBNCo is now part of Uniti Group (ASX: UWL) following its acquisition in August 2019.
