She manages the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle across multiple jurisdictions, partnering closely with leaders to align people initiatives with business strategy and priorities. Passionate about people and organisational culture, Zeinab plays a key role in embedding Roc Partners’ vision and values, while ensuring People and Culture frameworks, policies, and practices support a high‑performing and engaged workforce. Zeinab is a Certified HR Practitioner (CPHR) with the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
