FUND OVERVIEW
Roc Summit Private Equity Fund is an open-ended fund designed to offer wholesale investors access to private equity while managing liquidity effectively.
The Fund aims to deliver capital growth over the medium to long term by investing in private equity opportunities across the entire business lifecycle in Australia and New Zealand.
INVESTMENT STRATEGY/CRITERIA
Through Roc Partners strong relationships and extensive networks, investors will gain diversification by company stage, industry and vintage. The Fund consists of:
- Over time a portfolio of >100 private companies
- Primary, secondary an opportunistic private company investments, such as co-investment
- Leveraging capability within the Fund
- Dividend reinvestment plan
- Monthly redemptions, with a quarterly redemption cap of 5% and an annual redemption cap of 20%.
There will be a lock-up period for the first two years of the Fund, where investors will be unable to redeem investments.
