She has over 20-years experience in financial services marketing where she has established expertise across strategy, branding, digital marketing, communications, acquisition, and customer retention. Prior to joining Roc Partners in 2023, she was the Head of Marketing at Forager Funds. She has previously held positions in Australia and the United Kingdom at Australian Ethical Investments, Citibank, Charter Hall, Janus Henderson, and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business from The University of Newcastle.
