Lisa Rota is the Head of People and Culture and has over 13 years of HR experience across global and local businesses including financial services, franchising, food and beverage, engineering, and industrial relations. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Human Resource Management) from the University of New South Wales and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University. She is passionate about career progression and working to ensure we have a high performing and engaged team across our business.
